I really can't see how anything you've said here has anything to do with anything.
You think that throwing out names (such as Syria Chechnya and whatever that other thing is, maybe you mean the airplane flying over Ukraine) makes a point. It doesn't. We can debate all those things, but for starters, if you're saying Russia caused a genocide in Syria you have it exactly backwards. It was those imperfect "democracies" who funded and mobilized various terrorist groups in their drive for regime change and destruction. And it's nothing new. Perhaps if you stop calling them democracies and start calling them imperialists and their vassals, then everything will make a lot more sense.
I'm not sure where you could've lived in a communist country. The only even socialist countries that exist in the last 30 years are Cuba and Korea, and they are tiny countries under huge pressure. Of course it must be hard living there.
And finally fyi, Putin is hardly a dictator, his power is very limited, and Russia is hardly a sovereign state since '91. If it was, none of this stupidity would ever see the light of day. It's more of a colony, though a belligerent one, with a potential to regain it's independence. And that's something the imperialists can't allow.
