Tella how did your surgery go?

Teela-I had the same surgery on March 30 (two tears in meniscus), and I never used the crutches. The recovery time is very fast if you are active at all. I would like to get my other knee done. Knee feels like new.

I'm missing cartilage in my knee (which he found floating around while he was in there) paired with chondromalacia and small cracks in the bone. Unfortunately, I was told there's not much that they can do for the knee until I injure it again and they do a replacement. I am active and I was given a list of things that I can no longer do, which is really frustrating.
