Bailed on Christina (Bewbies) for flying wing at the casino today. Maybe some other time. Saw Latino waitress girl and we didn't acknowledge each other. She's not that cute.

Lost $128 at 1/2 yesterday and bumped it up to 1/3 ($500 max) today. Was up like $170 then a lot of bad luck and was down like $250. Then pocket 3s, flopped my 3 and my set held vs two people with two pair for one of the biggest pots of my life, $968.We come out +$368 on the session for +$220 on the weekend. Nothing life changing but two winning weekends in a row feels nice.

A couple of mental notes, stop playing ace shit suited to raises and maybe ace king. Also on hands where I flop a huge hand versus a nit whom I know is not semibluffing a flush draw maybe smooth call and fake that I'm on a draw instead of reraising. That's more of a 1/2 thing though. Always be bought in for the max, that pot should've been bigger.

The way money was flying around at 1/3 today I think that's what I might start playing on a regular basis. It was MUCH less of a nitfest than 1/2 usually is. I know how quickly they can break my heart though, they pay ANYTHING for a draw.

Back to the telemarketing grind, hope everyone had a good weekend.

If I were playing full time for a living I would definitely listen to you. Be it that I'm playing recreationally just on the weekends I'll probably alternate back and forth depending how the tables are.

Made one of the worst calls of my life last night

Pocket jacks, fliop J62 two clubs, opp bets $55 I reraise to $155 turn 9 of clubs. I bet $100 (stupid blocker bet here), he snaps all in and I snap call for like $450. Of course he has the ace high flush.

Have I learned NOTHING in all my years of playing?

Might as well just hand $550 to a bum on the street if you're gonna play like that

Lost $703, back down to 1/2 I go. Amish Dave was right as usual.

Furious with myself. It still would've been a shit session losing two hundred or so but it didn't need to be a catastrophe.
