was killing time last night searching craigslist and came across an add for 2 apartment complexes needing a turnkey cleaning service with 1M in insurance coverage.
the building/construction here is slowing down again with the holidays coming up so I sent them email.
got a reply, sent them my quotes for the different units. contacted my business insurance company made sure my policy will cover a cleaning service.
and looks like I got the acct:greencheck:
gotta hire a hot little cleaning lady now to do my dirty work:mrsx:

meeting with them tomorrow to get the paperwork straightened out.
my retired mom/dad offered to do the cleaning for free to help out, but I wont go the route.
the company estimated on average $800-$1000 a month per complex working on average 2 days a week.
but my quotes were more that they were offering to pay in the ad so we'll see what I make off them.

might be a nice supplemental income b/t houses I trim.

gonna keep it legit,
probally just myself and maybe a friend to start and see how it goes.
if it starts interferring with my carpenter biz then I'll bring in someone else to handle the cleaning
the less folks on payroll the less I pay in workers comp which = more profit

all depends on the workload. carpenter biz comes first no doubt cause thats where the money's at
but it can give me something to do b/t trim jobs and its not hard work by any means.
