Southland, Sons of Anarchy

I had these TV shows recommended to me last night but it was by someone with a very spotty record with their recommendations.

Wondering what people here think.

Both shows are good for primetime shows Muddy.

Sons of Anarchy is basically a redneck version of The Sapranos.
Southland is along the lines of Adam 12 mixed with a little NYPD Blue.
