Well Terry did play the ball. I am not justifying tackling like that that with studs showing but I think it is a question of intent.
A red card would have been harsh IMHO.

I think a red has to be shown. It is a reckless challenge. He is coming in studs showing way too high. I am amazed Milner's leg didn't snap. If the rules say that is just a yellow, then they need to be changed in my opinion. Players just should not be able to go in that reckless. How many legs need to be broken and careers possibly ended before these type of challenges are stopped.
