I don't understand what you are asking. Those look like they would be a couple of playable arbs, yes.

In arbing, some players consider the tennis rules at the respective books and don't play arbs at books with different rules. Some just go for it regardless. Some players also consider the touchiness of the book being played against Pinnacle and whether or not they are likely to be collared if they start jumping on every soft tennis line with max bets. If the book offers something else which is valuable, you may not want to jeopardize for it a couple of $20 arbs.

It's all up to the individual style.
