Bread, I NEVER and I mean NEVER EEEEEEVER tell anyone to tail me but grab 5 random plays from what I have listed here between football and basketball and get on them. I am in that RARE MOMENTARY streak where I have more winners than losers.

Do it Bread, do it and do it HUGE.

Coug's, we made nice nice a couple weeks ago, why the "dick move" here? I was hesitant about Northwestern already and now you go and secure it as a loss before they ever play the game. Brock be damned, I'm locked in and can't change it now. Coug's, not cool.

You are saying it was a dick move to tell you before the game or after the game or at all? I actually think it might be the right call here, NW is usually solid with 7 points, I rarely play them as anything but a dog, kinda like Navy. GL.

Bread, I mis-spoke, you could not have chosen any 5 random plays and been successful with these plays, you could have ONLY chosen 5 very specific plays.

5-8 on the day. Maybe Patty was right, but fuck him anyways.

Coug's, this is partially your fault for bringing Brock Landers name into my thread.

I lost a bundle and I deserved to lose. I went off half-cocked like an idiot.

Jello, I have seen that said so many times but I have a hard time understanding the reasoning. If you like a team at 3 but you are doing a teaser with teams you really need the extra on to fee safe, why would it matter that one of the teams got teased through ZERO if it was solid on it's own?

I agree that if a team is laying 3 and they ultimately lose then chances are they will lose at +3 as well and if a team is less than 3 you may as well play them on the money line anyways but if the 3 appears to be the right line and there is a very real potential for the game to land on the 3 and you increase you edge by getting the 3 out of the picture then why is teasing through ZERO bad?

Not being a dickhead here and not PLAYING dumb. This is a very real question.

Wally think about the numbers you are buying when you tease from -3 to +3. You get -2.5 through +2.5. If you have -2.5, then -2 through 0 is not much more valuable. If you have a team at pick then +1 through +2.5 isn't very valuable. The zero itself is worthless. You are basically buying a bunch of garbage points that rarely matter in an NFL game.

It just comes down to the value of the numbers you are buying. It's not a matter of whether you win or not. It's about how much you paid for the wager versus it's actual value. A teaser through 0 is no where near as valuable as a teaser through 3 or 7, yet you pay the same price for it.
