It was a rush man the place was packed and I hate that shit. No problem with oldies just hate waiting for them to figure out how to get out of eachother's way and mine. Will do more detailed shopping probably very early in the morning pretty soon here. I think I will do the powder, I've pretty much exhausted the capabilities of my free weights at home since I don't have much, so have the one local gym for cardio then joining another one that's 24/7 so when I'm up those weird hours I can just go pound. The protein will be essential for that stage.

Then I'm going to fight Blitty in a bar and we're going to get kicked out and it's going to be the best video in the history of this site.
