Who's a member. Getting ready to join. Want pros and cons. I've been in there a few times and it seems well worth the membership fee - buy the good shit and avoid the crowds.
take that trial run, brother... i dunno about sams, but costco has added all kinds of decent shit to its clothing/shoes area...brand name jeans/slacks/button downs/workout stuff etc... so im sure sams is doing the same
im trying to think of what you would get...i can only assume that Sams pricing is similar on stuff...
i get stuff like different Protein powder (if sams has Optimum Nutrition, ON,its in a jug and its a good $15-20 bargain) pre workout, varieties of frozen fish, pizzas, chicken pot pies, asian pot stickers, boneless wings, asian noodles ... i think the regular wings are okay priced .. i know you like those
the chicken and meats arent a bargain at all...costco doesnt have anything leaner than 80-20 ground beef... and its pricey... you are better off at the grocery buying fresh instead frozen chicken from there too... i dont buy steaks or roast there... its too much meat, sold in double packs, overpriced and i dont like freezing meat...
oh, if you like rotisserie chicken, they have nice plump ones for around $5.. will last you a few days
they have good pork chops ... their deli meats arent really a bargain, but arent overpriced... fruit is about the same as anywhere, but you get a little bit of a bargain on watermelon when it gets warmer... fresh greens/spinach are cheaper than the grocery
they have a ton of books... i buy chlorine and pool shock there... umm im thinking... oh, i get pistachios/almonds/beef jerky and a random granola something or other... they have great flowers... again, this is costco, but i wouldnt think sams is that much different
its a weekly visit for me... sometimes just to look at the electronics and walk around or pick up some random something for the kitchen too
