i talked to mf a lot back in the day and im still amazed that guys like him can go from putting in the hours on the computer to putting in the hours at a single live table... i play Live once, maybe twice a month and am bored out of my fucking mind the whole time.

Oh, yeah. Online ruined me for live action. It's miserable.
 
I can play live with a bunch of friends but I would never go to a casino and play with a bunch of strangers. After Rush Poker and multi-tabling in general, that would be quite boring. Probably for the best; unless it was limit hold 'em against a table of really bad players, it would almost certainly be a -EV proposition.

I don't play poker. Played it once in Vegas and I think RC was at my table.

Anyways, I am just curious why you feel this way. Is it because of the people at the table and their personalities?

Once you get used to multi-tabling online poker, it is hard to sit at a real money table because it seems too god-damn slow Pucky. Steve(s) used to try to play 16-20 tables at a time.... UN-successfully as I remember.. I used to be able to float 8-10 games at once but I have not played like that for a couple years.

Yes, what mrq said. Live action is way too slow once you get used to multitabling.
