not much, it's a new place, i think it opened 2 years ago

I know it's owned by the Pellas family, those folks are the riches in the country, they own the rum, beer and bank industry

it looks real fancy, that area though, a few years ago wasn't developed at all, nothing around, all the hippie surfers go around there and stay in mudhut surfing camps, big project though so im sure they developed the roads etc., nicer weather than in the capital down there

san juan del sur city is closed by, tons of gringos there, lots of expats that used to live in cr have moved down there
