text is way too hard to read. you need to mute the background (either with a layer or using burn or blur tool), pick a bolder/thicker font and a new font color and add a drop shadow. The women look like you put a porn filter on the camera, and not in a good way. Up the definition and contrast on the faces. if its looking too "photoshopped" on the background then soften the edge after merging layers.

Is this is for a sprotsbook or mens ad valorem? I think you need a better background, change the font and text ,I hate the background. when I see ads aimed towards guys (sportsbook/travel) etc the girls are apart of it, but so is the location. beaches,restaurants clubs etc these are good images

add a nice background like a great beach , casino, nightclub,cabaret, beach bar etc.

Thanks all for the help and advice.

It was just a side project. That portion of it has been stopped as I was not up to the task in it. I would have rather tried and failed than to just stand pat.
