Ray Ray Traft and other gym types...need advice

i've steadily stayed in a pretty darn fat stage for the last 2.5 years

I got super duper fat before wedding and that convinced me to stop drinking and eating so bad keep my BMI right around the 30 OBESE level on my wii fit.
Its a happy medium of not having to work hard in gym and diet and not being TOO fat in clothes.

I lost my body perfectionism somewhere between 30 and engagement

I lost a bunch of weight between Turkey day and Xmas, but this 2 week long break and traveling killed me.

I'm going try to get back to being very healthy again again. but i'm not too confident. The main thing is, I don't want to die of a heart attack way way way early.

I hear ya there. And as you get older and start to see people your age dropping dead of early stroke/heart attack, it jolts ya. I think encouragement/accountability thread is a good idea. I mentioned same thing in House's thread I think but not much interest. That being said, I need to get off my ass today posting and get moving. Thanks for your help Archie. We'll get it in 2014. Slow and steady...although I have to be there by 2/3. lol
 
Get the trainer to check your form on your squat and dead lift and then cut her loose. She'll just be a barrier for you because whenever she cancels, now you have a built in excuse not to go to the gym.

You're absolutely right on there. I was all ready to go (reluctantly) and I didn't end up going at all. Did a few things at the house, but not like a gym workout.

I rarely eat breakfast. I was doing ok there for a while but haven't been lately. Where is your oatmeal thread?

I just googled "deadlifts" We have not done any of those yet.
 
Ok Archie or 5 teamer or someone needs to be in here telling me to go to the gym NOW cuz it's fokking cold and actually seeing a movie in a theater for first time in like 2 years sounds kind of fun.

IAG, do you have any ice cream in the fridge?

What about chocolate or left over Christmas treats?

My advice is to say fuck the gym and have something to eat, something you will really enjoy.

I always love Plommer's bad but preferred advice. I have some frozen yogurt. No leftover Christmas stuff...there are some chocolate chip cookies I bought for mom but they taste like ass so I'm safe there.

I haven't eaten today. I could take myself out to lunch, but I have my workout stuff on and my hair is wet. I have such little free time and now that I have it, wtf. Don't feel like doing anything. I would get a massage but didn't shave my legs. I guess I can go find a tanning place. That might take up an hour. I have to go get some vitamin E for mom. Maybe I'll go mall walking. I think that wins. Plommer, want to come walk around the mall with me?

Yes, but only if there is a soft pretzel place or a cinnabon joint in the mall.

I feel like Angel Archie and Devil Plommer on my shoulder. Ho Hos are my favorite Hostess treat btw...but I haven't eaten any in a very long time. I will pay you $20 to go buy a box and eat the whole box on video Plommer.

I wouldn't get up off my chair for $20.

Then again I wouldn't fellate George Clooney for $500k either.

so sometimes when I got an extra bad case of the laziness whether it comes to work, or errands, or exercise, or chucking things and cleaning. I just take 200-300 mgs of caffeine in pill form. and it makes me want to get up and do things and be productive.


ephedrine also helped with that, though I wouldn't recommend that to you at all.

but I would like Plommer to get some for me.

I'd give him more than 20 bucks for it but I wouldn't blow him either
