She was pretty confident they were going to catch her, but when I watched it there was a moment where it appeared she waved them away, and then she just turned around. I think there could have been some communication issues possibly.

Negatory. An aunt tried to go, leaving from Owen Sound (the funeral was west of both OS and Markdale) and she had to turn around. Zero visibility on the roads and the wind was pushing her car around. Driving gets really scary up here.

Meanwhile, there is zero snow back home in TO. Not even a dusting.
