Attention Blitty ...... just ordered for tonight! Of course no hoagies like up North but was told to try Publix after moving here! Said like what, never got a Italian sub at a Shop Rite or any supermarket! MrsM does makes better cheesesteaks than ones in SWFLA but Publix does make a good hoagie!

When you arrive at Publix, please head to the Deli department. Simply pick up your order, pay at the register, and go!

We are all too young to realize it, but the MOBILIZATION of the US to stop this virus has been remarkable! My parents during WWII, one went to the Pacific and the other worked for a business that began manufacturing anything and everything military! You think the virus transition happens overnight? Think about it!

I know, I'm bias on the conservative side! First the govs (especially Cuomo) complained there weren't enough ventiators, Trump got them ventilators! Then shortage of beds (especially Cuomo), FEMA got them beds! Now it's on to the test shortage (a reality for sure) and it might take time, but they will get them the tests! The liberal left moves from one COVID-19 complaint to hurt Trump which he successfully deflects to the another one! Sounds like the exact game plan started the day Trump got elected when the Dems tried to get Trump removed from office and were unsuccessful!

Been reading some of Plommer's aging posts and what evolves with it .....

so thinking, maybe time for a smilie that starts erect and ends limp?
:betplom:
no, starts limp, rises briefly for a millisecond to 1/4 of max capacity and very unenthusiastically, then dies and goes limp again.

basically like waking up from a deep sleep, trying to wake up and giving up and going back to sleep

mr munkee approximately how many times a month do you and mrs munkee do the horizontal bop these days as a married couple in your 50's?

Speaking of random thoughts.

Brett Favre's last name is spelled F A V R E. But the cocksucking sports broadcasters pronounce it "FARV".

Where in the English language is the "R" pronounced before the "V"?

Answer: Nowhere.

Common you cunts, its pronounced FOV RAY. Dumbericans.

Marty can confirm.

I've learned not to dispute butchered American pronunciations. People in the US adopt a way of saying something and it becomes canon regardless of the word's origin.

Case in point: Piedmont (peedmont according to silly Americans 🤦‍♂️)

Windsor has a substantial French Canadian influence and there are many French speakers here. Somehow the English locals have butchered some of the pronouncations of French named streets etc.

For example:
Pierre St is pronounced Peer E.
Pellissier St is "pellisher"
Ouellette = OH let

Some streets in Montreal are literally renamed by the silly Anglos. "Avenue des Pins" becomes "Pine" in the mouth of an Anglo-Montrealer. Nowhere do the street signs say "Pine" (although maybe they did in the distant past).

Someone needs to invent a less obnoxious leaf blower.
Yes. Maybe even something like this.

Ongoing conversation with this one for a good bit now, have isolated from any other prospects because we are clicking, to a degree.

She's in insurance and pretty happy with life, very chill - far more mature than Steves. Very sweet, relaxed and even listens to songs I give her. If things keep going as they are we can meet up for a bite at a nice place when the world starts up again.

I don't see her being part of the Highly Suspect MCID Fanclub, but that's ok. Only 173 for her.
How's her pickle game though?
