I view this thread as the best in the history of forum land so I will be sticking with it though I respect what you are doing.

For me it comes out to roughly 46% of my highest quarter but it's much different for you and I because I'm paid in large part on commission and I had a big quarter last year. As a result my uc comes out to be very close to what I've recently been making.

What has two thumbs and loves UC's highest quarter weighting?

This guy.
 
Damn, I can be very thoughtless at times. That could have been a horrible black-cloud kind of scenario for me to raise, particularly considering the circumstances. Like hey dude, here's something else to stew over. :muddy:

No man you were just keeping it on realz life is life. Its kind of funny that that quarter was more than twice what I made any other quarter in 2015 so I'm actually getting a very slight raise.

Pretty elated because I thought I might not get it at

If it were based on 46% or whatever of the entire years rate I'd be feeling much different.
