I have never been stabbed or shot.

I have been punched in the face and ribs by a cop after he handcuffed me.

That really hurt.

What was I charged with? "Causing a disturbance" Charges were withdrawn on the day of my trial.

Blitty happens to me too. Mostly when inactive for a couple of days and then heavy activity. Feels worst than a stabbing actually.

Sometimes when i wake up in the morning and i stretch i pull a muscle or something in my leg and it HURTS, it is one of the worst pains I've ever felt and i'm lying in bed for about 3minutes in so much pain.

But after the pain is gone i sit there and it still hurts and it will for the rest of the day. But when it does come as soon as i stretch i cant walk or anything. It feels like someone stabbed me with a knife in the back of the leg.

More potassium, eat a banana. Those really hurt.

Blitty you talking about calf cramps? I get those pretty often in bed - I punch at it while my foot is stretched until the muscle relaxes. It is one of the worst feelings in the world, indeed.
