She is recovering fast. She is hobbling around her place without any kind of crutches/cane /walker, although she uses various aids for any outings still. She is not ready to tackle stairs and doesn't drive yet.
But the hobbling is due as much to pain in the other hip as surgical pain. It's got to be done so better sooner than later.
We just got the new date this morning and are happy with it.
