Random thoughts

I could actually start a thread, I have a lot of videos of the dinners I make because I usually am having a drink while I cook and get inspired to make videos, and then I forget I made them until someone reminds me. I will do this for you Mr Monkey!

Also, Steven gets what Steven wants, he takes good care of me so it's the least I can do for you babe. :)

We are having a cook off due to my big mouth.

Here's my plan of attack:

London Broil with MARINADE,
-Also good w/ Beef, Spareribs
1/4 C-Soy sauce
1/3 C-Corn syrup
1/3 C-Lemon juice
1 Clove- garlic, crushed
1/2 Tsp-dry mustard
1/4 Tsp-ground cloves
or whole in meat
1/4 Tsp-Tobasco sauce
1/4 Tsp-Salt, Kosher if available
Medium-size onion, sliced

3 Tbsp flour blended with 4 Tbsp
water to be added for gravy

In marinade container big enough (I use a big zip-lock plastic bag) for marinade and meat combine all ingredients except flour/water mix . Add meat. Marinate at least two hours (best overnight) occasionally turning.

Grill 8 minutes per side for London Broil. While meat is grilling prepare gravy. Bring strained marinade to boiling. Slowly add flour mixed with water and continue boiling to thicken as desired.

Let meat stand 15 minutes after grilling. This helps keep in juices.

Thinly slice meat. Serve w/ gravy.
