Something I find slightly odd, inexplicable.
When I had to get up for work at 7:30, I always woke up before the alarm would go off. My body knew it was time to get up so I did. I would go to bed at 12:30, allowing for 7 hours of sack time.
Then I switched jobs and had to get up at 6. So I went to bed at 11. Still 7 hours of sack time. But even after being in that routine for 4 months, I seldom woke up before the alarm. Maybe once a week it would happen.
Then these last two weeks my hours switched slightly. Everything shifted half an hour later. So I went to bed at 11:30 to get up at 6:30 - and every single day I woke up before the alarm clock.
What's up with all that?
