That's not entirely true. There was the swing-and-a-miss with the lady doctor a few weeks/pages back.



Man, I'm tired right now though. I've been operating on about 2 hours sleep today after staying up most of the night at her place last night. I'm too old. I'm going to catch up on some sleep tonight.

But then we're getting together tomorrow evening. I may be too old but I'm not that too old. The waiting for the weekend thing is no fucking good.

yesterday i stopped and bought two empanadas in the street. they cost 1,400 each. i gave the woman 2 2,000 bills. she got out a calculator.

the day before i took in my dry cleaning, it cost 149,500. i gave her 3 50,000 bills. she got out a calculator. do they not teach math in this country?

I'm not sure I'd go as far to say they don't teach math as people just don't trust themselves anymore. They rely on their machines and trust them to do it faster and more accurate than they can. Kind of sad. Even though this comes off as pompous I have a great ability to do math in my head and it is a HUGE negotiating factor when you are calculating prices before the other party can even sit down to think about it.
 
mrs durito family is visiting. there are buuelos and arepas all over the place. i have been kicked out of the kitchen.

gonna miss out on my huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos, waffles, pancackes, etc this week i guess.

these empanadas for 1,400 are huge, i have two and im full. also feel like death. got to get out of here.

wow it sounds like you eat like a king when mrs rito isnt around. I'm lucky to get eggs and normally settle for oats and raisins.
