Private walkout basement apt in amazing location for rent to one very quiet person. Low ceilings in part so if you are 5'5 or under you should fit nicely.
no smoke, perfume or pets. rent includes utilities. no laundry - laundromat 3 blocks away amid great cafes etc.



Worst thing is that they'll have no trouble finding someone to rent that POS apt.
