Random thoughts

It just occurred to me that I have been with hundreds of women who's name I never knew.

At the time it isn't that weird but after a couple of decades realizing you've fukked hundreds of people you were never introduced feels a little strange.

Oh, I'm still gonna continue doing it - maybe it will fell weird again sometime when I stop to think about it.

Ever since I started sleeping wearing a mouth guard, my two back bottom molars protrude up. I guess I was grinding them right down into my head before and flattening out the whole tableau of my teeth.

Now I've got these two teeth which are slightly raised above their neighbors and my mouth feels odd.

and congrats on your new job! :)

Thanks a lot. It feels like a triumph to have it. Of all the jobs I applied for - and there had to be at least a few hundred - this was the one I wanted the most. I had mentally filed it under too good to even be possible.

But this is the one I got. Amazing.

Next comes the reality check. From a feeling of triumph over an abstract concept, it will soon be time to discover just how much the actual work they want me to do sucks. Will I have annoying whiny co-workers and an obsessive-compulsive micro-managing boss?

Only time will tell. Hoping for the best. Got my lunch bag ready.

And another thing: I can't make an E-flat chord on guitar. I am working on a song and it definitely needs an E-flat but I can't do it worth a shit. If I do it as an E bar chord, it is way far up the neck and my hand is crowding the body and it's hard to get it in there.

An A bar chord would be a much more comfortable spot however I have never been able to do A bar chords worth a shit. I guess I could just practice, practice, practice. But that doesn't sound like me.

I could change keys but I like the key it is in.

This is not the first time this has happened. In fact there is another slidy part of that same song that I can't play worth a shit.

Why do I write songs that I can't play?

of course there's many variations you can use. Perhaps do a standard major D chord, move it up half a step

Try the C shape with the root at the 5th string 6th fret.

You can even mute the 3rd string for a simpler fingering.
