Running biggest job I ever have...probably 1.2-1.8 million.

100 year old building...prints aren't working. Shop hasn't been able to give me a steady guy yet even though all the other trades have already manned up...trying to keep ahead with layout and still do some work. Supposed to get my black area worker next week and he is gonna probably be useless. Not gonna get enough done for the hours he is taking off the job. The superintendent has bigger problems than mine and I am kinda on my own with a lot of stuff. The job may be too big for me. Stressed. Much harder then a new building. 100 year old concrete joists...some need to be cut out and an iron worker will reinforce the holes with steel. If I make one mistake and lay out one hole incorrectly there will be a back charge of thousands of dollars...only got about 200 holes to lay out.
