Our total bill is roughly $2800 this was just to avoid termination. The way we accomplish this is we don't pay until we have to, and then we pay as little as possible. Now the as little as possible amount has changed. They know how to rape people like us, hard.

For the entire time I have lived here, I have NEVER had a bill under $140/mnth. Never.
