I don't know the exact temperature of my cupboards but I can say this: the apartment tends to be warm. I know because whenever I cook a roast, I bring out the meat thermometer and check the ambient temp before I hook up the meat. It is not unusual for it to be 79, 80 degrees in here.
So that is the basic room temp.
I assume cupboards and cabinets would be the standard 35-40 degrees cooler than that.
