it does a ton of stuff, but sipping on a really hot day or after a workout will aid in controlling dehydration and cramping while sweating your ass off... thats probably what you are thinking of... nothing but sodium and vinegar basically, so sip responsibly .. and yeah, bacon is right, if i need to shit, ill do a little glass of pickling brine before any medicine to help me shit
