Bob Baffert has a real chance to sweep the Oaks on Friday and the Derby on Saturday.

This will be the first Derby since War Emblem (also a Baffert) where I will not be watching the races live. I'm going to watch a documentary about some Africans or something.

Anyhow, I'm just going to go hugh on the Oaks/Derby double. I'm going to put a yard on #12 Plum Pretty in the Oaks and #15 Midnight Interlude.

This could be HUGH for both Bob Baffert and me.

In Baffert we trust.

Good luck fiver. I think you have zero chances on winning this but I would love to see it happen. A friend was at Churchill today, said it was chilly and overcast for a May racing day, should be poor weather for racing on Saturday.

LOL. I am just kidding with you fiver,I hope you hit it. I will say this, I really do think there is as much chance as casper hitting +8000 on 500 bets, myself having the beautiful ladies of gamelive ,teela, nina, oksana, robyn, etc all lining up to give me a thai massage, and bread hitting one of his five team parlays as you do of bafferts horses winning the oaks and derby, especially the derby this year.

Maybe with jaycito, but the odds are against him this year with midnight interlude though he looked fantastic at santa anita , and I would love to see baffert win this race.

This colt, Midnight Interlude, never even raced as a two year old but plum pretty seems to be running well on these sloppy tracks so maybe the oaks has a chance to hit.

Anyone could win the derby, I hope you hit this. It looks like it is a going to be a miserable track on Saturday at least, very tough races to call.

Assuming true odds (which is certainly not the case), based on M/L's:

Pretty Plum has odds of 5/1 and a 12.532% chance to win with a 24.807% hold (Wow).

Midnight Interlude has odds of 10/1 and a 6.695% chance to win with a 26.351% hold.

Good luck fiver, I didn't mean to come off as negative , I was just drunk and playing around, I definitely think Plum Pretty is a great horse and there is tons of value wagering on a horse like Plum Pretty or Zazu against Joyful victory, and the truth is, wagering this year on the derby on Saturday is a crap shoot to me. I am going to enjoy the Oaks to tell you the truth, at least wagering wise , this year more than the Derby.

I follow horse racing religiously and I really dont know anything about Midnight Interlude, and winning a quarter and a mile after never racing as a two year old is almost unheard of, especially in a crowded field with an inexperienced horse. But with Baffert you never know, and he is so much fun to have at the Derby, my dad has been there all week and says he has ready got the kentucky press and horse racing media stirred up by stating that uncle mos owner is just trying to get a better price for Uncle mo.

This was a quote from Baffert my dad sent me

Baffert on Uncle Mo ""Uncle Mo looks fantastic out there to me," Baffert said. "He's the best horse in the race. I don't care what rumors you hear. You can't throw him out. He's looked great to me. Everyone is talking about him being 50/50. I think [owner Mike Repole] is just trying to build a price for himself because it sounds like he likes to gamble. He's going to be dangerous. I don't think it's some [gastrointestinal issue], I think he just got tired at the Wood [Memorial]. From what I've seen visually, there is nothing there that tells me the horse isn't ready to run. I'm not buying that crap. He's just trying to steal this race."

This should be a great race and good luck tomorrow with Plum pretty, posted some great numbers and dominated at sunland oaks. They are saying weather should clear up for the oaks

Cheers

This is the on race of the year where motherfuckers over think things. Such as quotes from trainers. Would you give a fuck what Bafftert had to say before the 7th at Hollywood on a Thursday afternoon? No. So why should it be any different for Saturday. Sorry I'm drunk now too.
