I'd say Dafty's rationale is a bit more like

"driving a car 180 mph's toward's a opening in a brick wall a little bigger than the size of your car is risky"

and I think its been acknowledged by a few that Oxy's have been risky for some in the past and will continue to be for some going forward


but it is fair to say, "not everyone will be sucking dicks and stealing from wal-mart, just like many people would drive that car through the opening in the brick wall"

for myself, I'd just like to see Wally jog through that opening ONE TIME! COMMON

I believe that I was the first person to add a "Be careful." disclaimer to OC usage anyway...

most fukd up hallucinations I ever had was from ambians and staying awake...
X wife said I was talking to folks that werent there.

my advice stay away from the pills, although I do like my benzos and beer:sov:
I wont touch an Oxy, seen to many folks on that road
although I've never taken it that far some of the worst withdrawels come from benzos.

guy that used to work for me would take about 5 bars at a time. he would go through 30 in a few days, then go into seizures when he ran out

yep, you were part of that few I mentioned

which made the defensiveness against a hyperbolic statement saying essentially the same thing kinda odd

so does that put you in the blame the car camp or the driver camp? or does that metaphor not really work so simply?

Oxycontin (overall numbness - remove time release/snort/get a ridiculous body buzz/scratch your nose for 3 hours straight)
Percocet/Oxycodone (decent pain killer - body buzz but not as strong as OC's)
Xanax (anxiety pill/puts you to sleep after a coke binge)
Aderall (ADHD drug/you can sit and read the Book of Mormon in one sitting)
Valium/Diazepam (muscle relaxer, anxiety/chills you out, also good for comedowns)
Viagra (sell that shit for profit)

If it wasn't OC's, it'd be something else. Alcohol, other drugs, gambling, whatever. You don't just start popping OC's every day for no reason, and if their family life was anything, the family would have intervened rather than throw them to the curb.

Many times the family doesn't know it. One of my best friends from HS took them after back surgery and ended up dying from abusing them.
