but what I did gather was

Papa claims it isnt him in the photo, then claims that it might be a screenshot of him.
Papa cliams he didnt scam but it was his website mentioned in the scam.

papa sells the website for a second time for about $600 the exact amount he was tring to sell it for the other day on this site



my conclusion:

I am really not in the right position to say... My GUESS would be 1 - 2 years and 24mo probation assuming he takes a plea. This is just a guess, I am not an attorney but I would think in this case he would plea down from what he would be facing otherwise which could be much more substantial.
