Imagine hanging a binge food.
Plommer probably has 6+ currently in his fridge 😂
I don't really have one.what is your go to binge food?
You're much better off amputating some appendages to lose a few pounds.Teela,
Do you recommend I take ozempic to lose a few pounds?
Hey stranger 😊I'm switching from semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) to tirzepatide in the next couple of weeks. The side effects from the semaglutide were just awful reflux and indigestion. I was going through Tums quickly and they weren't overly effective. I would spend the weekend exhausted and just feeling sick after the injection. Tirzepatide has fewer side effects, so I'm hoping that I have a better experience.
Good luck with the new one! Is the current goal to hit a certain weight and then lower the dosage for maintenance?I'm switching from semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) to tirzepatide in the next couple of weeks. I don't have an exact weight in mind, more just looking for overall better health based on blood work and then maintain. I'm trying to be realistic about the process.Good luck with the new one! Is the current goal to hit a certain weight and then lower the dosage for maintenance?
