Matty I'm in utilities. I work for the city. Under our structure we accumulate hours per month based on longevity for both sick leave and vacation. Pretty standard practice in state type jobs.

It looks like I'm going to have to terminate Operation Tella. I know we have done copious amounts of late night, behind the scenes planning and I know you were very excited about this but life can sometimes burp in your face without so much as an "excuse me".

It appears that RayRay has done some quality groundwork and we like RayRay (he has excellent taste in music) so we should offer him any resources we accumulated during Operation Tella that can help him accomplish his mission. It's all about the big picture Bread.

Bread, I know this may make for a real Debbie Downer of a day around the spoke shop but keep your chin up son.
