Yes, after a bad beat initial Appears to be a Play we are back for more!
First off, Braves on a winning streak and Orioles on a losing one! It has to change eventually? Two quality young pitchers in Beachy and Britton! Beachy more consistant of late but Britton appears ready to get back to early season form!
Balt has not gotten timely hitting of late but still IMO a mopre dangerous club at the plate than Atlanta! Just saw the lineups and it tells me the Play is on! Braves' lineup has 5 LH batters in starting 8. Mccann hitting .471 last 7 days and the rest are .250 or lower with 4 players under .200 with only 4 HR by today's lineup in that time span! Atlanta also has .363 SLG in last 7 games and also hitting .174 last 10 against LHP consistant with a .212 AVG for the year!
Orioles Markakis hitting .444 over last 7 and lineup today has players hitting decent with 8 HR over that time! Also a .460 SLG over last 7 games to go along with .254 AVG over last 10 games against RHP to go with .252 for the season! Beachy has been tough but he is a guy who gives up the long ball and Balt has been getting their runs mostly from HR of late.
Britton is a GB pitching machine who I expect to be good today and that's why I'm going with the Orioles only for the 1st 5 since Balt's BP for sure can't be trusted! Let's get a W today!
