Cut them into slices instead of peeling them, this is the lazy mans way.

Oranges are so iffy.
Someone had a thread here about your favorite fruit and I said oranges. They can be so good. But sometimes what is under those peels is not good at all - and sometimes long periods of time pass between when the oranges are good.
As we speak, I have not had a good orange for at least a couple months.
