Yeah, in reality Dave should be glad that they chucked him, what a horrible operation to be employed by (no offense to any employees who may post here).

You shouldn't work at a job if you don't respect the organization. Or maybe he respects what SBR has done and is doing, I don't know.

Dave I am 10,000 miles away from my family. When I finished college I went to work on my own in a city I didn't know existed a few weeks back with a small beat up car and all my belongings in there without actually having a place to stay before I left my apartment in college. No one greeted me when I arrived and had to find an apartment to stay on my own and then figure out a place to buy clothes for work because I went there in shorts and flip flops.

So take the positives from the experience you had at SBR and learn from them and forget the negatives as soon as possible. And remembering being fired from the job anniversaries is a negative thing.

Treat this old job as an ex girlfriend. She treated you like trash so cut her off from your life.

Peep tried to get into the Bodog party wearing shorts and flip flops. He got the same results getting in as you did at your job (not good.)

95% unemployment you're asking for.

Good stuff sir.

Again, I wasn't saying my situation, nor the fact that it has been a year, was significant or meaningful to anyone but me. I'm not going to forget the "anniversary" just because it would be convenient to do so. The fact that it coincided with the start of the NFL season made it a bit more obvious that it's been a year.

But again, I'm not sitting here weeping and eating a gallon of ice cream or anything. Just noting its been a year.

In the big picture, I am happy I'm no longer working there. That doesn't make the whole situation any less significant.

And its one thing for Matt Rain and Pavy to give me job/life advice, but what the fuck have you ever done? Have you ever actually taken a chance and moved across the country? Are you gainfully employed with a company you love? Talk about people in glass houses throwing stones.

Hmmmm, gallon of ice cream.

Straight cash homey.

Has anyone ever broken that picture down? Herman, who is that lady you are thrusting into?

And what is going on with the people behind you. I see a guys arm looking rather unnatural. Are you all simulating sex here? Please give us the details.
