no idea what it means but it is one of the funniest names I have heard in my life.

How would an appocalypse (however u spell it) happen exactly?

I want details of this forthcoming event mapped out to me elaborately.

Do they fall from the sky or what?

That would be one HECK of a mess.

Apocalypse means revelation. So a kitten apocalypse is a kitten revelation literally.

But if I understand it correctly it's just a chosen name which may or may not mean anything.

I made up the term when I was fostering 6 semi feral sick kittens. I had to give them several medications twice a day. This process sometimes involved catching them and wrapping them up in towels while Mr. X shot horrible brown liquid down their throats that made them foam at the mouth and run around the room like psychos trying to get away from the bad taste. I would walk into the room, sigh, and say, "Welcome to the Kitten Apocalypse".
