Sorry Robyn, that was a somewhat vitriolic response and I didn't really mean it to be so. I suppose it's the other side of the coin from what F0cker does, because I hold my tongue and then the resentment builds. While I share all of his sentiments about DA, I've just accepted the futility of trying to rail against it in such a small community. It's like being in high school again and hating all of the things the popular kids obsess over, you only accomplish a greater sense of alienation by voicing it. Perhaps we never really outgrow those early social roles, do we?
 
MF I assume you think I care that lots of posters aren't going to this thing. Really, it makes no difference how many posters go. My friend from work will be there, and we will be in a college town during Halloween weekend, we'll be fine.

MF all I have done on these forums is try to have a good time, and all you do is bring people down.

And you are probably right. You made it very clear that you didn't like the shanty tomfoolery (which was widely more unpopular than anti-Die Antwoord sentiment). I wish you would post here more often though. I know you prefer more thoughtful topics. Did we ever do the book club? I love to read and I know a few others here do, too. I think blitty just started reading more and I know Mrs X likes to read.

You DO want to be accepted. You love it when your drones come in here (or other threads) to back you up. "Hey you're really putting down CB, oh you're really calling him some good names, like retard and dumb ass." It doesn't matter to me either way, I just think someone should have hugged you big boy.
