Come to think of it, I am setting a goal to keep in better shape.

My weight is perfect but I think I am too soft. Too much sitting on my arse in Harmony's area, and then the time in the warehouse, while it counts for something, is not enough. The product is very light.

Gotta do more. Gotta make an actual EFFORT.
 
It would be good to still make it happen while at work. Do some random exercises through the day - rather than at home. I have a whole carpeted floor area off to my right here where I could easily do sets of push-ups/sit-ups/whatever. I could make a point of, when I have to pick up a box with some weight, to curl/press it a few times before I set it down where it's going. Shit like that.

Young dude does actual chin-ups on the rolling staircase. Maybe I could build up to the point where I could do a chin up.

Wouldn't that be a thing?

But ideally not on my time.
 
I hated chin ups when I was in elementary school. Zero upper arm strength...which is probably why I ended up with this fucked up shoulder from lifting things above my head. I think I managed to climb the rope once. No idea how I pulled that off.
