Goog luck. I wonder what's with the water. I gather you are talking about forcing yourself to drink water even if you don't feel like it? Not trying to be a dick but isn't nature designed to make you thirsty when you need water (and therefore drinking when you are thirsty should be sufficient)?

It is far from the first time I have heard someone make reference to forcing themself to drink water and I just wonder.

I know what you are saying, and I know Mr. X is firmly in your camp, but I used to drink a TON of water daily. It's good for your metabolism and your skin if nothing else.

I really am never thirsty anymore...I take meds that dehydrate me, and I just think I would feel better if I drank more water. Maybe I won't, but can't hurt. Maybe 8 glasses are not necessary. Who knows, maybe when I start exercising again it will make water more desirable.

I see, I see.

I don't have a resolutions right now - which is unusual for me. I believe last year I was saying I will finish my music project - and it was such a foregone conclusion that it was barely worth saying - but what the hell, setting yourself up for success is not the worst thing you can do - but surprise! ---> It did not get finished in 2014.

I could say the same again for 2015, but this time it really REALLY is a foregone conclusion, so if I was to come up with a resolution, it would relate to what I dive into next. But I'm not sure right now. Gotta see how I feel when the time comes. Will probably seek advice too which would affect my decision.

Maybe something relatively quick and simple and clean like writing a novel.

I like the concept of resolutions so perhaps I will go with a rare in-year resolution at some point.

I cut out smoking cigarettes last year. Haven't had a single one since. Cold turkey.

Going with gambling this year. I don't really need it anymore. I like it, but I spend a lot of time on it. I think my time could be better used on other pursuits.

I'll still frequent the best bet thread.

Wow. Good for you. It IS very time (and money) consuming and I always appreciate the extra time on my off weeks.
