Yeah just no one thinks it has anything to do with the group etc. I'm going so far as to go to an AA meeting and see where that goes etc.

We are talking about a heavy drinking and gambling problem that extends over 15 years; not so bad if you can afford it and can function as you need to with it, but disastrous when you can't.

I can't.

I hope the AA meeting is helpful. They can be. I went to hundreds of them through the '90's.

Although I don't really like the 12-step meetings any more and I go to an alternate group called LifeRing, it would not be outrageous to say AA saved my life.
