Hopefully the home will go up by early next year and FLA it is! Yes, the money is good but the old guys don't want to put in that many hours regardless of the pay! Nothing exciting happening and hoping my son does well in the FF league.

Closer to the Gulf of M south of Tampa! I put off so much regular home maintenance duties over the years that I hate to dish out big money to do things I should have taken care of earlier. Painting the exterior of home is next's month project in between work weeks! It's my own fault!
