I was listening to sports talk radio today.

Apparently, at an L.A. Clippers game, they flashed the New L.A. Chargers logo on the jumbotron.

It got booed.

Then awhile later there was an actual player from the Chargers sitting at courtside - tight end Jeff Cumberland. They flashed his image on the jumbotron along with some graphics spelling out who he is.

Her got booed. Mercilessly is an adverb I have heard to describe it.





I was very cavalier saying how they had surely crunched the numbers and therefore they know the move is going to work out.

But that's an eye opener.
