Muddy, I love it. You certainly know how to write. Using a minor key sets such a sad and depressing tone. And I absolutely love the last chord. Bravo...I think this is my favorite one yet.

I also love the idea of a concept album. One of my favorites is Poe's Haunted.

That's good about the last chord because what happens next is it sustains on that chord - I anticipate some Pink Floydish (Animals) sound effects as it sustains and subtly transforms from C minor to C major - then there will be a sublime bassline, then some raunchy buzzsaw guitar comes in at first in spurts then into an all-out riff - and leads into the next song which is much more energetic, Was It Love? (or just a Hostage Situation).

I have big plans. I am going to need to learn how to play electric guitar soon. Mattayyyyyy!!!

Fantastic job Mudcat, I love those chords. You should get more involved with music forums and post these videos there as well. I cant believe you mentioned Pink Floyd Animals, that is one of my all time favorite albums. I still lay in bed and fall asleep to animals or meddle, I fall asleep to alot of classical music as well as I have gotten older, I just love instrumental moody music . I love these threads.

Make a total instrumental next time muddy, I want to hear some synth work. Looking forward to this
