This will be the official thread to discuss our upcoming New Orleans gathering.

Bread has been looking into flight and hotel costs for Halloween weekend in the French Quarter. I'm not sure how set everyone is on being there Halloween weekend, but the prices are significantly higher than the weeks before and after.

Thoughts, everyone?

Interesting observation. I too haven't noticed MF berating many posters as normal, but that's probably because sbr is worthless.

I haven't done drugs in more than 3 months.

I seem to be drinking lots though. That's an odd occurrence.

Wonder if a bowl of gumbo will have gone from $7 to $15 by the time we get there.


Just need a general consensus about dates real soon, as I need all time I can get to take off the Friday and Monday of that weekend. Halloween weekend is a bit more expensive, but if that's what we want to do, I'm in. If wanna do weekend before or after that's fine too. It's always a huge party there.

Flights were like $50 more ea. for that weekend.

Hotels, the difference is a bit more. Probably a pretty busy weekend there.
