Entourage just started meandering. It has no point anymore. I liked it when it was all about random fucking and acquiring exotic cars and Jeremy Piven being the most hilarious bitch ever.

It's not that anymore? I didn't think it was possible for them to deviate from any of that...

This most recent season, Entourage took the predictable, boring route of Vince spiraling out of control, doing coke, banging a pornstar, showing up late for important Director interviews..etc etc...

boooorrrrinnggggg.

I was going to say this....minus the boring part. I still find it VERY VERY watchable.

Glee? Really? That looks extremely gay to me. Like sex change gay.
I was going to enter this thread with guns blazing over that comment, but then I realized MF was right. Glee is the gayest thing on TV, it's got kitschy little high school drama plots wrapped up in show tunes and pop covers arranged for a show choir. It's so unabashedly gay that I feel like they distilled some of my essence to create the concept.

Glee is wonderful, and I'll proudly bitchslap anyone who says otherwise. :stabyou:

I think we are officially giving up on Entourage next season.

Vince's storyline is dull.

Eric...I mean whenever I see him I just want to reel back and slap the shit out of him.

Turtle as an aspiring business man is wah ghey. Bore me to fucking tears.

Ari and Drama still deliver some solid comedy from time to time. But whatever.

I am really out of the loop on tv shows. I basically watch sports and the news.

I have never seen Dexter, I hear great things, and need to Netflix the previous seasons.

I haven't watched Entourage this year at all. I want to catch the Boardwalk, but by Sunday night I am drained from the weekend Tom Foolery and gambling that I forget,

I do watch Sons of Anarchy though.

I did watch the season premier of Glee last night and it was indeed very gay. But I did laugh out loud a few times and there were some musical moments where I couldn't help but think, "Damn that's pretty good."

But I only watch because of my girlfriend. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I started watching Raising Hope. I lasted about 15 minutes and said fuck it. It wasn't as aggressively awful as some current sitcoms (Hot In Cleveland - :tully:) but I could tell I was not going to be jumping on board so I just aborted in mid-show.

The network sitcom is in a sorry state.

New shows tonight:

Undercovers
Better With You
Hellcats
The Whole Truth
The Defenders
Law And Order: Los Angeles

I will probably check out the new Law and Order vehicle. See what the new variation on the theme song is. That's about it.

Episode 2 of Survivor with Jimmy Johnson is tonight. I watched episode 1 but I am leaning towards dumping it.

last night i watched the new Detroit 187...just another fucking detective show like law and order... the new ncis's were normal for them and the 2 comedies (running wilde, raising hope) sucked

i swear 80% or more of all these fucking shows are related to Law.... cops, detectives, lawyers, cia/fbi shit, military...its fucking nuts man..its like they want to teach criminals how to get away with shit...

undercovers and the defenders look pretty good for tonight though... Law and Order might not be so bad either...the others look horrible...

None of that really appeals to me...looks like I will pass on tv tonight.

Mudcat, did you watch The Event? I forgot to watch the full episode yesterday, I will do today.

No, I didn't watch The Event. I'm in the dark - don't know what it is.

I watched it. After 15 minutes, I really wanted to switch channels, I stuck with it though. Very Lost meets 9/11-ish. Besides the John Ritter guy, none of the other characters seem very interesting. Not impressed.

I started this shit so I guess I should see it through. New shows listed for tonight:

My Generation
&$!# My Dad Says
Nikita
Outsourced

Apparently my information was wrong yesterday and Law and Order: Los Angeles doesn't start until next Wednesday. They ran some promos during the premier of L&O: SVU and it's hard to imagine how they could have been trashier. I don't know if they are just trying to suck in the masses or the show is really going to be that cheesy. We'll see.

nikita is fairly decent...i would go back and watch the 1st 2 eps. though

from last night...

defenders was decent..i like belushi and it has some dry humor to it
undercovers was decent...hot broad and hubby who return to the fbi or cia or some shit and automatically take down some huge criminal... duh dur
terriers is a decent show bout an ex cop who does shit with his brother..funny at times
the whole truth...watching now..seems okay, typical lawyer stuff..

mod.fam ... coug town...both funny as usual and started new seasons

ill watch the new comedies in a while
