It is bordering on the hood..actually about a mile from the hood border which I consider north of Mississippi and Peoria.
Shows went up in value since last time I looked. I think property values in Denver are doing well. Maybe I should hold onto it as a rental, but pita to do from here.

Taxes are very light , the value on that place has gone up significantly in the past few years driving up the expected rent. Those looking for a place in that area might want to see what IAG has available.

Or Association fees which are about $240 a month. It includes the pool, tennis courts, water and basic cable though. Oh and lawncare of course.
I was just in a bind to get someone in there and since all my stuff is still there, didn't want to rent to stranger. I will renegotiate rent if I keep it for another year...I don't really want to do this from here.
