Honestly I sell them their own $. there is this term "Benefit to the Borrower"
If it doesn't exist we turn them down.
We don't do fluff deals that save people $50 a month.
It works all the way and I can show them that or I tell them it is in their best interest to stay how they are.
Now being the one to show them when it is good takes balls. That's what I do and that's how it is.
I appreciate the support you guys know as much as anyone that women easily take my heart. I dunno why. They just look and smell so great and they entangle me to an extent. It starts as fun then I honestly become addicted so much so that when we part which is most often the case it really does get tough.
That can't kill my talent though.
And my talent is closing. I was born with it.
Just born with it from the 1st time I talk to them to when I send my guy out there to sign docs.
Has to be the focus.
