I remember when I was first diagnosed with high cholesterol I was talking to my doctor and I sez, "Well I'm sure my poor eating habits contribute to the problem. I sure do love my chicken wings. I guess those are pretty bad eh?"

He sez, "Not if you take the skin off."

We both laughed and laughed.

No but I don't need to. My cholesterol medication allows me to eat pretty much anything and still keep my numbers in the good range.

Although I eat fairly well these days. Not like I did back then. All things in moderation.



Not that I would ever take the skin off my chicken wings regardless.
