I can speak from experience that it's definitely better if the person is a dirty, disgusting unattractive loser. It's even better if she's still with him 4 years later and just had a baby with him but isn't married. Oh, and when you hear stories from a mutual friend that she can't even trust him to babysit the kid because he gets wasted and passes out while the love child is just crawling around unattended.

Yeah, it's definitely better when you can laugh at her for the choices she's made and the shitty life she is destined to live because of those choices.
